Who is Neah INSPIRED?

I am Neah Inspired,
I am a powerful advocate, speaker, and lived experience expert working at the intersection of neurodiversity, gender, and criminal justice reform. After spending years battling significant adverse childhood experiences, being misunderstood and misdiagnosed, I was only identified as having ADHD after my significant involvement with the criminal justice system—an experience that profoundly shaped my mission!
I also deliver transformative workshops to empower young women and free them from harm and incarceration. This is something I am extremely passionate about as I know from my own lived experience the importance of early interventions to create more empowered young women reduce reoffending and ultimately creating safer societies.
Drawing from my personal journey of navigating life with undiagnosed ADHD and significant trauma and abuse and the lasting impact of incarceration I now dedicate my voice to exposing the systemic failures that disproportionately affect neurodivergent women. My work sheds light on how untreated ADHD in women often goes unnoticed—until it collides with systems of punishment rather than support.
I dedicate my voice to empowering individuals to use challenges and setbacks to turn them into opportunities for growth and personal development.
I believe in the prevention rather than the cure.
With honesty, insight, and compassion, I speak on the urgent need for early diagnosis of neurodiversity in girls, trauma-informed care, and policy reform. I am committed to turning my story into a source of education and empowerment, helping audiences understand how we can shift from criminalization to compassion for young women.
My public speaking experience has lead me to hosting my own Neah Inspired podcast series where I share my guests' journeys and we reflect on the perspectives, lessons and experiences they have to share with the world to help educate and inspire others.
To inspire others you have to inspire yourself first!
